Original Peruvian cuisine, which we leave in Jaime Pesaque's hands, a recognized chef part of the new wave cuisine in our country. Thanks to his inspiration and ingenious, we can offer you a carefully elaborated menu that gathers in each one of the dishes offered, the artistic combination of typical flavors in the local ingredients, awakening the most exquisite sensations in the palate of every high cuisine lover.

This unique and genuine experience is complemented by our impressive and generous variation of wines, spirits and Pisco macerate cocktails. This exquisite proposal presents local fruits and from the jungle, aromatic herbs and audacious combinations, a real explotion of flavors, colors and tastes, in the very center of a cosmopolitan, fun atmosphere with good music.

Our place, decorated by the architect Jordi Puig, it maintains its own essence and identity. You can appreciate the perfect combination between creativity and inspiration within the ancestral magic and greatness of the history of Cusco. We emphasize the use of recycled material as part of the fresh and harmonious decoration, which gives the place a warm and pleasant ambience, right in the middle of a variety of textures that impresses our visitor's sight.
